Pinkcourtesyphone 'A Ravishment of Mirror' double vinyl LP
£25.00
Thoughtforms are thrilled to announce the deluxe vinyl reissue of Pinkcourtesyphone’s stunning third full-length album ‘A Ravishment of Mirror’, including new and unreleased material.
Pinkcourtesyphone is a continuing project by Los Angeles-based sound artist Richard Chartier.
Influenced by Chartier’s move to Los Angeles — a city of mirrors, twinkling lights, noir history and deep secrets — ’A Ravishment of Mirror’ explores Hollywood’s dreams and deception with its seductive tones, minimal electronics and intimate, melancholic ambience reminiscent of the work of David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti on ‘Mulholland Drive’ and ‘Twin Peaks’ and artists such as William Basinski, a frequent collaborator of Chartier's.
Released in a strictly limited edition of 300 copies on heavyweight 180g double white vinyl, the records are housed in a thick 350gsm outer sleeve with pantone printing on textured reverse board and factory sealed.
