SHIPPING

We send out all our orders within 14 business days, for in stock items.

Pre-ordered items will be sent within 7 business days, subject to us having received the goods on the release date. Any changes to the pre-order release date will be notified on our social media platforms.

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS

Once you pay for an order you are not entitled to a refund because you later 'change your mind'. In the unlikely event that the site has not been updated and we are out of stock we will offer a refund of that item or a replacement.

If you do not request special (tracked and signed for) delivery and your order goes missing, we are not responsible for this.

Maximum of two copies per person. Any customer ordering more than this will have their orders cancelled.

All our orders are sent out in pristine condition in strong packaging. We do not accept responsibility for any items damaged in shipping. Any faulty items must be returned to us, at the customers cost, in the condition that they were originally sent out. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

We are a UK based store and any orders from overseas are the customers responsibility for import duties and taxes.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We use the Paypal system for all sales which is a very secure system in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. When using Paypal we are informed of a confirmed address to post to which we will send to. If you need an order sent to a different address we will ask for written confirmation of this prior to dispatch.
